If you need to make a return, please email, robert@tradingpostsupply.com and we will send you the information you need. We will have a replacement sent to you. Any returned items that are missing parts will not be replaced.

If there is anything you are looking for that you cannot find, that does not mean it is not available to us at the Trading Post Supply. Simply email us to see if we can get it for you at info@tradingpostsupply.com and use the subject "New Item". Please allow us 2 to 3 days to process these requests. Try to include as much information on the product you are looking for as you can. Brand, model, model number etc...

The Trading Post Supply charges a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping charges are not refunded. Defective items are exchanged for the same item with no fee.

Opened software such as electronic maps may not be returned.

The 15% restocking fee is not a profit by the Trading Post Supply. Items sold by an Internet store cannot be resold and must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and repackaging.
